This warranty supersedes any previous warranties and is an exclusive remedy for any defects, damages, and workmanship. Cabinet Crafterz won’t be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, or consequential costs, expenses or damages to the extent permitted by law.

Limitations

Warranty on the cabinets gets void if cabinetwork, drawer slides, hinges or the cabinets are modified, inaccurately installed or damaged prior or during the installation. Also, this warranty only covers the parts and materials supplied by Cabinet Craterz and does not include any products installed in connection with the cabinets such as gas, cooktops, etc. This warranty will not cover any damage caused by external factors such as chemicals, dirt, exposure to moisture, etc. No retailer, installer, distributor or employee has the authority to change the obligations in this warranty.

Disclaimers

Color Variations in Wooden Cabinets: As wood is a product of nature and no two trees are alike, cabinets may vary in color, texture and grain.

Expansion and Contraction: Variations in temperature may lead to the expansion and contraction of wooden doors. Thus, it is common for the doors to get warped during this period. If the doors are warped up to 1’4”, it won’t be considered as defective. Expansion and contraction may also lead to stretch lines on the painted cabinets.

If the defect is within the Terms and Conditions, the part will get repaired or replaced. The company however, will not pay for any transportation. To submit a claim, you can email or reach out to us at (404)-991-3772. Our professional customer-care representatives are available to help you out!
